Contains correspondence and other material of chairmen of the Department of Chemistry, including T. W. Richards and G. P. Baxter. Also some correspondence of Professors G. Jones and A. Lamb concerning student placement in industry and other matters. Other records include minutes of faculty meetings; report of Committee on Proposed Tutorial System for the Division of Chemistry; and student and research fellow records. These include exams; graduate student financial support files, and recommendations and letters of appointment for teaching assistantships and fellowships; and post-doctoral research fellow appointment material.
